Three hundred meters from Waseondae (rock platform) is Biseondae (rock platform), famous for the beautiful scenery it provides. The streakof water that grooves several times over the boulder of Biseo ned in one's mind. Biseondae (rock platform) derives its name from the legend that aoddess named Mago flew up to heaven from place.

It's best well known among Outer-Seorak with full of beauties each season: smell of Spring flowers, deep-green mood in Summer, colorful leaves in Autumn, and snowy scenery in Winter. Especially the magnificent snow-covered valley rivals Manpokdong in Geumgangsan.
